Information about data processing in contact forms and process brief submissions.
Data scope
Forms collect contact data, process description, selected tools and an optional recording or audio file. The data is used to answer the request.
Audio recordings
Recording is optional. In the target flow it may be sent to an n8n webhook, transcription and summary to prepare a process brief.
Purpose and retention
Form data is used to answer the request, prepare a process brief and contact you about potential cooperation. Raw audio recordings should be deleted after transcription and analysis, no later than after 30 days, and contact requests should not be kept longer than 12 months unless a business relationship starts.
Data you should not send
Do not send passwords, API secrets, health data, full customer records or information your company cannot share with an external contractor. A process description, data types and example problems are enough for the first diagnosis.
Subprocessors
The target workflow may use n8n, email, transcription tooling and an AI model such as Gemini only as needed to handle the request. The final subprocessor list should be confirmed before the production webhook goes live.
